    The Patriot Act requires identification of all account holders. Please include the following forms of identification with your account application.  
           
    US Citizens   Provide a copy of one of the following: driver’s license, state ID, passport or valid government ID. You must include at least one of these documents that’s numbered and signed.  
           
    Non-US Citizens   Copy of your passport, driver’s license, valid government issued ID or similar documents. You must include at least one of these documents that’s numbered and signed.  
           
    Corporate, Partnerships etc.   Articles of incorporation, partnership agreements, business license or similar documents.
